How long does it take to receive a response to my email?

We respond to emails within 24-48 hours. Please include your name, contact details, and order number in the message to avoid delays.

I haven't received my order, although the status shows it was delivered. What do I do?

Due to bad weather or heavy shipping volume, package shipping through the economy may be delayed. Please allow us 10-15 business days after shipment for delivery. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team if further assistance is required.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

We ship orders to valid addresses only. If your order arrives at the address you provided, you will need to pay for its postage. We cannot alter the delivery address once the order has been processed.
